Mackin (the man who promised much to a few) has sold his shares...alas, he has retained the ground and will be selling it and pocketing the proceeds...

Alvin will be able to confirm if what I found here is true:
The shiretrust committee has been informed that there has been a delay in issuing the new `A` and `B` shares in East Stirlingshire F.C. - these are now expected in late March or April. This will also delay the transfer of A shares to Spencer Fearn from Chairman Alan Mackin and his associates - an act which shiretrust believes is vital to ending years of bad leadership and a major milestone towards a better future for the club. We are assured that the delay is due to unforseen administrative difficulties and we hope to be able to bring good news for shiretrust members in the near future.
Thank fook I'm a Falkirk man!!!

i got my new shares thru today, but there's meant to be a dividend to all current shareholders with the option of resubmitting all new shares or surrendering them, or something. if this isnt the case, then potentially i smell a rat, and think that the police should possibly be called in for a formal investigation.
