having just recently lost a job with sky the doctor diagnosed me with slight depression gave me fluoxatine 20mg twice daily. it can be hard but alot can just be in the mind(if you excuse the pun),you have to try and fight it, use your selfreliance. i'm in a new job now holding it down nicely havent had a drink since you guys playd pennies and tosh made fish in his pocket for a pair of pants

My sisterr has fought depression for two years now and you're right it is hard, but with help and patience she is slowly becoming my sister again.
Thumbs up for all those working in easing the pain depression can cause.
