SHAC National March & Demo at Novartis Primate Research Centre, Wimblehurst Road, Horsham, West Sussex Saturday 26th April 2008, 11am - 5pm Put the date in your diaries! For World Week for Laboratory Animals - march against Primate experiments and demonstration at Novartis primate research site in Horsham. Novartis is also one of HLS's largest customers, most notorious for the Xenotransplantation scandal back in 2000. The research was conducted by a biotechnology company, Imutran Ltd, which is a subsidiary of the multinational drug firm Novartis Pharma AG, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge.
